Open Account:
Use the owner signup button from the main menu.
Decide weather you are an owner or an agent. In case you are an agent, please fill in the field for the company name.
Fill in at least the required data. Note that the 'Name'-field is your username and the same as your login name.
Submit the form. Your account will be right away active and you will be able to login for to include your property.
Login:
Use your login name and the password you choosed to login. (Button at the bottom of the main menu)
Tick the 'Remember me next time' below the login fields for a cookie to be set.
After successful login you'll be redirected to your administration area.
If you have problems to log on, do not hesitate to contact me!
Remember to log out when you leave the site.
The administration area:
You'll find three icons: One to add a listing, one to modify your existing listing(s) and one to update your account.
At
the top left you'll find links to go to the public home page (HOME),
the 'ADMIN' link which guides you to the main page of the
administration area and the 'LOGOUT' link which should be used when you
are done with the administration.
Adding your Listing:
Login to the administration. Klick on the 'Create New Listing' icon.
A form will appear:
Fill in a title (name) for your listing.
Do not change the 'User Number'-field
You can add some Notes if you want
Leave the 'Export to MLS' field on 'No'.
Choose the kind of your offer. If nothing matches use 'Special'.
Choose the type of the property. Again, if nothing matches use 'Special'.
Type in the town or village your property belongs to.
Choose the right district in which your property is located.
If you are offering a rental, fill in the weekly rental price in EUR and leave the 'For Sale' field blank.
Do it vice versa if you want to sell.
Write a significantly short description. This description appears also on the search result pages.
Take your time to write a detailed description. This description will appear on your listings page.
Last but not least: If you have an own home page, this is the field to put it in.
Leave the 'Google Links' field blank. In case of a free trial we may put some advertisement code in there.
Submit the form.
Uploading the pictures:
Now your listing should have been created. Go now to edit the listing.
Use the 'Edit Images' link to upload your pictures.
Pictures
in listings are displayed with 330 pixel width. So it makes no sense to
upload bigger pictures. The maximum file size for each picture is 100kb.
Fill in the location of the picture on your computer and upload the picture. You may upload up to nine pictures.
Set the rank of each picture: Lowest rank - highest position. Captions and descriptions are not displayed.
Listing approval:
That's it - You're done! Your listing has been added to our database but it is not yet visible to the public.
We will review your listing and if everything is ok your listing will be approved inner 48 hours.
